We are looking for a talented, motivated Audio Visual Residential Engineer to join our dynamic team and provide outstanding technical support to our residential clients.

Role Overview:

As an Audio Visual Residential Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential AV systems. You will work on exciting and diverse projects, delivering top-tier service while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for AV technology, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation: Install and configure home cinema systems, multi-room audio systems, smart home integration, lighting control, home automation, and other AV solutions in residential properties.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and diagnostics on existing AV systems. Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their AV needs, offer recommendations, and ensure satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
System Design: Work with design teams to ensure AV systems are correctly integrated into client homes, following architectural plans and specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AV installations and troubleshooting in a residential setting.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AV equipment (TVs, projectors, sound systems, control systems, etc.), home automation, and networking.
Certifications: Relevant AV certifications such as AVIXA, CEDIA, or other industry-recognised qualifications would be an advantage.
Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a simple, user-friendly manner.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
