Position: Building Services Engineer

Salary: €60k - €80k + Attractive Benefits Package

Location: Dublin Based Projects

3D Personnel's client are currently searching for a Building Services Engineer for their Dublin based projects. We are looking for well organised self-starters, with strong inter-personal skills.

Successful candidates will report to the Building Services Manager and will be responsible for coordinating building services throughout the entirety of the project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review Mechanical and Engineering (M&E) design and drawings with comments and feedback.
• Coordinate M&E drawings/design/specification approval process
• Implementation and coordination of specialist subcontractor design
• Coordination of the equipment technical information
• Review client drawings
• Provide CDM and Health & Safety input
• Review suppliers and subcontractor risk assessment, method statements and assessments
• Coordinate onsite installations
• Overseeing quality assurance checks
• Obtain and review commissioning and balancing reports and certification
• Program development & Management
• Value engineering of materials
• Procurement of material not already in main M&E packages
• Manage client, design team and subcontractor related meetings

Requirements:

• 2+ Years experience with a tier one main contractor / developer, or in a skills-transferable field
• Relevant 3rd level degree
