Job Title: School Site Assistant
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Contract: 12 Weeks Temp to Perm

We are seeking a reliable and proactive School Site Assistant to join a welcoming and well-regarded school in Maidstone. This is a 12-week temporary-to-permanent opportunity, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the day-to-day upkeep and security of the school premises

Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks

Support with setting up for school events and activities

Ensure health and safety standards are upheld across the site

Open and lock the school as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar caretaking or facilities role is desirable

A positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
