About the Role
Our client, a well-established charitable housing association in the South West, is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join their dedicated repairs and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out a wide range of trade-based tasks, including bathroom and kitchen fitting, plastering, tiling, painting, and general maintenance

* Undertake both planned and responsive maintenance work in occupied and vacant properties

* Provide excellent customer service when engaging with residents on-site

* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

* Maintain accurate job records using a company-provided smartphone

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in a similar multi-skilled role, ideally within the housing or social care sector

* A broad skill set covering multiple trades

* A customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Full, valid UK driving licence (essential for using company vehicle)
