🔹 The Role
As Engineering Manager, you'll take ownership of the entire design engineering process and site installations worldwide. Leading a collaborative and innovative team, you'll ensure product excellence while driving new product development, technical compliance, and commercial success.
You'll have the chance to shape design-for-manufacture processes, introduce new technologies, and leave your mark on products used by global pharmaceutical giants.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Engineering Team, aligning with business strategy

Oversee product design, installations, testing, and compliance (CE marking, EU/USA standards)

Drive innovation in flexible containment systems

Collaborate on project specifications and client negotiations

Manage knowledge sharing, patents, and design registrations

Ensure product safety, quality, and operational excellence

Represent the business at customer sites, trade shows, and exhibitions
🔹 About You:
✅ Chartered Engineer status (essential)
✅ BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
✅ Background in pharmaceutical isolator design / manufacturing
✅ Strong leadership & team development skills
✅ Experience in product safety & regulatory compliance
✅ Proactive problem-solver with an innovation mindset
