Teaching Assistant - Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire - September 2025 Start!

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a secondary academy in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. In this rewarding role, you'll work alongside the 'Excellence Department', supporting students with mobility, learning, or social and communication difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1-1 or group support to students with special educational needs (SEND)
Assist students in accessing the curriculum
Encourage positive interaction, raise student confidence, and promote inclusion
Work collaboratively with teachers to manage and support student progress
Supervise students, ensuring their safety and support their individual needs
Assist with physical and personal care, where applicable
