Job Title: Electrician - Social Housing Domestic Work
Location: Widnes (covering Liverpool and Northwest area)
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Qualified Electrician to join a reputable and growing electrical contractor based in Widnes, specialising in domestic work within the social housing sector. This is a full-time, permanent role with immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in occupied and void social housing properties
Perform EICR inspections, landlord safety checks, and issue certification
Diagnose and rectify faults in domestic electrical systems, ensuring safety and compliance
Carry out rewires, consumer unit upgrades, lighting installations, and general domestic electrical work
Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally
Use company systems to complete job documentation and certification accuratelyRequirements:

BS7671 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection (preferred - training can be provided)
Experience working in social housing/domestic settings is highly desirable
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamHow to Apply:
