Marketing Specialist - Property Sector

About the Role

We're seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist with substantial experience in the property sector, including estate agency and housing development. The successful candidate will drive marketing across digital channels, focusing on engaging social media content, video production, and algorithm-driven strategies to elevate brand presence and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns specifically for property management, estate agencies and housing development.

* Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) tailored to property audiences.

* Develop, produce, and edit video content - property tours, developer features, customer testimonials, and social shorts.

* Leverage platform algorithms and analytics tools to optimize content performance, targeting, and conversion.

* Track performance via Google Analytics, insights tools, social media analytics, and refine campaigns iteratively.

* Collaborate with sales, development, and creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy and business goals.

Must-have Experience & Skills

* Proven track record in marketing within estate agencies and/or housing development.

* Hands-on experience creating and publishing video content tailored to property and real estate audiences.

* Deep understanding of social media algorithms, performance metrics, and optimization strategies.

* Strong analytical mindset: experience using data-driven insights to inform content strategy and campaign adjustments.

* Excellent communication, storytelling, and organisational skills.

* Solid project management: able to manage multiple campaigns end to end.

* Competent with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, HubSpot or similar CRM systems.

Desirable Qualifications

* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

* Certifications in CIM, IDM, digital marketing, or property marketing.

* Experience of paid media (PPC / paid social) within the property sector.
