Elevation Recruitment Business Support are working on an exciting opportunity to recruit a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Property Manager to join a well-established and growing property business in the heart of Sheffield.

Operating across a diverse portfolio of residential and student properties, this organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality accommodation and exceptional service to tenants. With continued growth in the Sheffield market, they are now looking for an organised and proactive individual to take ownership of a portfolio and play a key role in maintaining high occupancy and excellent tenant experiences.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced position where no two days are the same and where strong organisational and people skills really shine.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring a smooth and professional service for tenants and landlords. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements

• Managing a portfolio of residential and student properties across Sheffield

• Coordinating maintenance and contractor works to ensure properties remain in excellent condition

• Carrying out property inspections, check-ins and check-outs

• Managing deposit returns and resolving tenancy queries

• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations

• Maintaining strong occupancy levels and minimising void periods

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A professional, proactive and solution-focused approach

• Previous experience in lettings or property management is desirable but not essential
