CJS are looking for an experienced Estimator to join a Large-scale Commercial Construction company based in Hillingdon, Greater London

We invite applicants who have strong experience as an Estimator in the Construction Industry, particularly within the Commercial / Fit Out Sectors, to get in contact for the opportunity to work with a Leading player in the Fit Out Sector who cover prestigious / high-end Projects for Sports Venues, Hotels, Airport Terminals & Lobbies, Offices and more.

Main Duties:

* Support estimating team in collation of estimates and contractors proposals

* Undertake take offs and quantities to provide detailed cost proposals

* Liaise directly with both clients, sub-contractors and suppliers

* Create enquiry packages including detailed scope of works and attendances to meet the clients brief, issue and engage with supply chain and manage the prompt return of information.

* Understand and apply mark-up / margin

Requirements;

* Experience in construction or Commercial industry - essential

* Excellent written and communication skills - essential

* Strong capability with Microsoft Office - essential

* Basic understanding of construction drawings - essential
