We have a great opportunity for a Production Operative to join our client in Peterlee due to continued business growth.

Pay & Shifts:

• Pay: £12.50 per hour (rising to £13.25 after probation)
• Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Overtime: Available

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly and safely.

Duties Include:

• Operating heavy plant machinery
• Adhering to strict health and safety procedures
• General housekeeping across the site
• Working closely with team members to maintain workflow
• Reacting to changes within the production process
• Using your own initiative to support operational efficiency
• Operating a Forklift Truck once trained

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable working around heavy machinery
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Reliable, adaptable and team-focused
