We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading consultancy that's seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Transport Planner to join their dynamic team in Reading. 🛣 What You'll Be Doing

* Contribute to the development of innovative transport plans and sustainable travel strategies

* Assist in traffic modelling, junction capacity assessments, and transport impact studies

* Produce clear and concise technical reports to support planning applications

* Work with senior planners, engineers, and clients across a range of transport projects

* Engage with local authorities and stakeholders to shape future infrastructure

* Analyse travel data and use tools such as Arcady, LinSig, and TRICS

👤 What We're Looking For

* Around 1 year's experience in transport planning, ideally within a consultancy or public sector setting

* Strong analytical and writing skills, with a flair for interpreting transport data

* Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, GIS, and transport modelling software

* A degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, or a related discipline

* Proactive and collaborative mindset, eager to develop expertise

* Based in or willing to commute to Reading 2-3 days a week for team integration
