Role Responsibilities

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of multiple projects. Duties will include:

* Preparing and managing project budgets and cost forecasts

* Procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services

* Managing subcontractor accounts and payments

* Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Conducting site visits and liaising with site teams and clients

* Supporting commercial and project reporting

Requirements

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

* Minimum 3 years' experience in groundworks/civil engineering

* Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Proficient in relevant software (e.g., Excel, project management tools)

* Full UK driving licence
