• Adapt quickly to the challenges and opportunities of a new store launch and peak trading periods

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in senior retail management, ideally including new store openings

• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team development

• Hands-on, proactive approach to driving sales and operational excellence

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment and achieving targets
