Job Purpose:
Lead and manage a large team to deliver efficient incoming goods, storage, picking, and dispatch services, prioritizing safety, speed, and accuracy.

Work Pattern: 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Foster a positive work environment and uphold corporate values.

* Communicate and train team on roles and responsibilities.

* Work together with HR and line manager to drive engagement and wellness culture.

* Manage team's management, training, development, and employee relations.

* Contribute to succession planning and talent development.

* Analyse and mitigate risks, leading Health & Safety Committee meetings.

* Implement and supervise adherence to processes and procedures for quality output.

* Drive continuous improvement and track operational performance.

* Ensure compliance with quality standards and track inventory accuracy.

* Maintain warehouse to BRC standards.

Operational Responsibilities:

* Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure for continuous improvement.

* Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, dispatching, and stock checks.

* Collaborate with Logistics Contract Manager on projects and planning.

* Update reports regularly and maximize warehouse space efficiency.

* Ensure team works efficiently with high speed and accuracy.

* Maintain effective stock control and adherence to legislation.

* Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support the team as necessary
