Due to growth, a privately owned main contractor is looking for a Site Manager with experience of working on new build steel frame industrial units for an upcoming scheme.

The client works on a nationwide basis and you will initially be working under a Project Director on a scheme in Ipswich with a c.40 week build programme.

The client has a proven track record in the delivery of warehouses, industrial units and distribution centres and would like you to have Site Manager experience of delivering similar schemes for main contractors.

In this instance, the client would ideally have someone living within commuting distance of Ipswich but will also consider people who are willing to work away from home.

On offer for this Site Manager position is salary guide of £45,000 - £60,000 p.a. plus benefits.
