The portfolio includes industrial estates, retail units, office spaces, and ground leases, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic asset management and urban development in the city.

Key Responsibilities:

* Portfolio Oversight: Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant relations while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.

* Strategic Asset Development: Work on enhancing the value of properties through sustainable and forward-thinking initiatives.

* Market Engagement: Coordinate with external agents and internal teams to facilitate property lettings, sales, and operational excellence.

* Financial Management: Oversee budgets, track property performance, and contribute to income generation strategies.

* Service Delivery: Collaborate with teams providing technical, valuation, and regulatory services.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong understanding of leasing and real estate regulations.

* Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and property performance analytics.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

* Proficiency in property management software and familiarity with sustainable practices.
