About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and highly connected Business Development Manager to drive our pipeline growth through targeted networking and relationship building. This is not a desk-based sales role — we're looking for someone who thrives on being out in the market, creating new contacts, and converting connections into opportunities.

Your role will be focused on identifying and engaging with decision-makers, building long-term relationships, attending industry events, and representing the brand with credibility and professionalism. You'll be instrumental in generating new leads, nurturing key accounts, and supporting overall business growth across the South East region.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors

*

Develop and maintain a strong network of commercial property professionals, consultants, and decision-makers

*

Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote services and generate leads

*

Collaborate with the design and pre-construction team to convert opportunities into projects

*

Maintain a clear understanding of the market, competitors, and trends

*

Track and report business development activity and pipeline progress

*

Proven track record in business development or sales within commercial interiors, fit-out, property, or a related sector

*

Excellent networking and relationship-building skills

*

Confident communicator with the ability to present to senior stakeholders

*

Self-starter with strong commercial awareness and a proactive mindset

*

Existing network within property, construction, or commercial interiors is highly desirable

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region
