We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead a established domiciliary care service in the St Helens area. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality private care to elderly customers in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals and shape the growth of a new service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with CQC regulations and company standards

* Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff to ensure the highest level of care is provided

* Conduct regular assessments and reviews of customers' care plans to ensure their needs are being met effectively

* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations

* Foster positive relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals

* Monitor and manage budgets and resources effectively

* Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the quality of care provided

* Attend meetings and liaise with external agencies to promote the service and ensure its success

* Ensure all staff are trained and supported to adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting

* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience of managing CQC inspections

* Excellent leadership and management skills

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience in budget management and resource allocation

* Passion for providing high-quality care to vulnerable individuals

* Flexibility to work on-call and attend meetings outside of regular working hours
