An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated PE Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Burnley in the new academic year, starting September 2025. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 to develop their physical education skills and lead an active, healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages students to reach their full potential
Contribute to extracurricular sports teams and activities
Promote the importance of health, fitness, and well-being across the school communityQualifications and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting
Strong classroom management and communication skills
