The role sits within a Chartered Building Surveying consultancy and carries responsibility for leading, developing and growing the dilapidations service line at senior level.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Lead, manage and grow the dilapidations service line across commercial portfolios

* Deliver and negotiate dilapidations claims and settlements

* Oversee financial performance, fee proposals and profitability

* Develop client relationships and secure new instructions

* Recruit, lead and provide technical oversight to a team of dilapidations specialists

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

* Proven technical expertise and track record in dilapidations

* Experience managing and developing teams

* Demonstrated ability to win and grow client work

* Commercially astute with strong leadership capability
