About the Role:
The Nursing Home Manager will oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in maintaining the home's excellent reputation and fostering relationships with external partners. You will lead a dedicated team, driving motivation and engagement to ensure exceptional care for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the nursing home operations, ensuring compliance with CI standards.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of care and services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external bodies and the local community.
* Motivate and support a large team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Oversee the financial performance of the home, ensuring budgetary goals are met.
* Facilitate staff training and development to maintain high standards of care.
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and quality improvement.
