Registered Nursing Home Manager - Elderly Care

Location: Newcastle

Salary: £60,000 - £66,000

Hours: Full Time

A trusted elderly care provider is looking for a Registered Home Manager to lead their well-established nursing home in Newcastle.
The home delivers high-quality nursing, dementia, and respite care and is known locally for its warm, homely feel.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering person-centred care and have the leadership skills to inspire and retain a high-performing team.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversight of all aspects of the care home
Staff leadership, development, and retention
Maintaining clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
Budget management and occupancy growth
Driving improvements and innovation in elderly careCandidate Requirements:

Registered Manager with experience in elderly nursing care
NMC registration desirable (not essential)
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
Excellent working knowledge of CQC regulations
