ROLE: Junior Marketing Assistant

LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

SALARY: £22,000

This role is fully office-based Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

THE JOB

This exciting Junior Marketing Assistant job, is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience promoting industry-leading awards, conferences, and digital events across a wide variety of sectors. You'll work closely with experienced marketers and creative teams to bring campaigns to life - and be part of a business that values innovation and career development.

Your duties will include:

* Supporting the marketing of prestigious events to drive audience engagement, entries, and attendance.

* Creating and managing online and print campaigns.

* Designing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

* Producing digital and print assets: emails, brochures, banners, social content, and more.

* Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

* Analysing campaign performance to optimise results.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* A degree in Marketing

* Some experience in a marketing position

* A creative flair and eye for design.

* Strong written English and communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of email marketing or social media tools.

* Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or email marketing platforms.
