Credit Hire Solicitor | NQ + | Fully Remote

We are recruiting for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join an excellent defendant Credit Hire team within a national, leading insurance litigation practice. This specialist team acts for a broad panel of insurers and self insured corporates, with the work spanning small claims through to multi-track matters and includes hire, damage, liability, indemnity, personal injury and diminution claims. They also offer the flexibility to work fully remote.

As a Credit Hire Solicitor, you will:

• Manage your own caseload of litigated hire and damage claims.
• Progress files proactively in line with client SLAs, KPIs and commercial objectives.
• Deliver high-quality work that meets service standards and client expectations.
• Identify and manage risk and compliance issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support overall team performance.
• Maintain strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Act as a key client contact, demonstrating technical expertise and responsiveness.

What we are looking for:

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with litigation rights.
• Experience in credit hire and vehicle damage claims.
• A background in motor or civil litigation alongside credit hire experience.
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Strong understanding of client protocols and performance metrics.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Commercial awareness and sound judgement.
• Confidence in negotiation and resilience under pressure.
• Strong communication and IT skills (including Word and Excel)
