About the Role

As an External Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:

Managing and growing an existing customer base, ensuring excellent service and support
Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across your territory
Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, installers, and procurement teams
Delivering on sales targets and identifying growth potential in your region
Working closely with internal sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Staying up to date with industry trends, new products, and competitor activityYou'll be out in the field most days, building face-to-face relationships and maintaining a strong presence across your customer base.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you must have:

At least 2 years of experience in the electrical wholesale industry
A solid understanding of electrical products, distribution channels, and customer types
A proven track record in B2B field sales or account management
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
The ability to work independently, plan your week, and hit sales targets
A proactive, customer-first attitude with a focus on long-term relationship building
