Finance Business Partner | Public Sector | Yorkshire | Hybrid Working

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a reputable Not-for-Profit organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner on an initial 6 month basis (strong possibility for extension). 

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing high quality financial support and constructive challenge to a diverse range of Budget Holders, activities, initiatives, and projects across the organisation.

Responsibilities include;

• Taking a proactive approach in managing and delivering accounting services to Budget Holders
• Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, initiating and driving continuous improvement in service performance and efficiency
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that robust financial controls are in place, and that financial risk is understood
• Positively contributing to a customer-focussed Finance team
• Assisting the Head of Finance in the proactive review of Team activities

The successful candidate;

• CCAB/CIMA Qualified Finance professional, or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven business partnering approach with the ability to build influential relationships with non-finance
• Ability to analyse complex financial information
• Public Sector Finance experience desirable
