Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: City of London
Salary: £45,000+ per annum + Overtime

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established engineering team on a prestigious commercial site in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.

*

Diagnose and repair electrical faults across building services equipment.

*

Maintain and service electrical plant including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems.

*

Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site compliance standards.

*

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inspections.

*

Support general building services maintenance when required.

*

Work collaboratively with other engineers and site teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Requirements:

*

Recognised Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).

*

Experience working within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments.

*

Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.

*

Good understanding of building services systems and electrical infrastructure.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:
