Our client is a not-for-profit business in Ardwick, Manchester and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join them on an on-going temporary basis!

Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:

• Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have
• Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have
• Dealing with any customer complaints
• Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues
• Ad hoc duties as and when required

Profile

To be successful in this role:

• Is immediately available and can commit to a temp role in Ardwick, Manchester
• Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
• Experience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles
• To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
• Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
• Strong IT skills
