Velox Social Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to Children and Young People (CYP) requiring structured care packages.

🔎 The Role

As a CYP Support Worker, you will:

Provide structured, therapeutic support tailored to individual care plans

*

Encourage positive progress through patience, consistency, and understanding

*

Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports

*

Liaise with colleagues, the Care Management Team, and external agencies

*

Promote emotional regulation, independence, and life skills

*

Support young people in both community and accommodation-based settings

Shifts available include:

*

Days

*

Nights

*

Long shifts

*

Short shifts

Flexibility is essential due to varying client needs.

✅ Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

*

Right to Work in the UK

*

Minimum 6 months' UK experience in a CYP or similar setting

*

3 references (2 professional, 1 character)

*

In-date PMVA or Team Teach certificate (PMVA-trained candidates must be willing to undertake Team Teach)

*

Enhanced Child DBS (subscribed to the Update Service or willing to obtain one)
