Quantity Surveyor – Nottingham

We’re working with a highly established main contractor based in Nottingham, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, with values up to £20m.

They’re now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of their own projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being a key commercial lead within a supportive team.

The Role:

• Manage projects independently across a range of sectors
• Full commercial responsibility from pre-construction through to final account
• Work closely with operational teams and clients
• Ensure projects are delivered on budget and maximise profitability

About You:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor
• Comfortable running your own projects
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Ambitious and self-motivated
