We are seeking a Governor with expertise in safeguarding, social care, or youth services.
This role focuses on ensuring systems, practices, and culture effectively protect and support vulnerable young people.
Responsibilities
* Provide oversight of safeguarding, behaviour, and wellbeing
* Review systems and processes to ensure effectiveness
* Support a culture of accountability and care
* Ensure safeguarding translates into practice

* Experience in social care, safeguarding, or youth services
* Strong understanding of risk, vulnerability, and intervention
* Ability to challenge appropriately and professionally
