Our client, a rapidly expanding UK broadband provider specializing in delivering high-speed, full-fibre broadband services to rural communities, is looking for a talented Financial Accountant to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the Finance Team, contributing to a variety of essential functions. As a Financial Accountant, you will:

* Preparing and analysing management reports, monthly financial statements, and claims.

* Managing cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, and the Fixed Asset register.

* Facilitating annual audits and ensuring compliance.

* Overseeing Build Partner retention schedules and recharges.

* Collaborating with budget holders for effective financial oversight.

* Leading finance projects and contributing to system enhancements.

* Supervising the Finance Assistant and managing supplier payments.

* Coordinating and participating in stock takes as needed.

Your Skills and Experience

* ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or fully qualified.

* Proven experience in Finance, including Management Accounts production.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.

* Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Control, and Sage 200.

* Experienced in process management and control procedures.

* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

* Self-driven team player with strong cross-departmental collaboration skills.

* Skilled in creating and refining processes.
