Higher Level Teaching Assistant | Feltham, TW13 | £100-£130 | Long-term to Perm | April 2024

Are you a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Our vibrant and inclusive partner school in Feltham are currently seeking a skilled HLTA to provide PPA cover and group support to children across the primary curriculum.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality PPA cover across the school, ensuring continuity and progression in learning for all pupils
Provide targeted support and intervention to children performing below age-expected levels
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social, emotional, and academic development of all pupils
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and teachers to aid their ongoing developmentRequirements:

Hold a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent
Previous experience working as a HLTA within a primary school setting is highly desirable
Knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum and its application for primary-aged children
