* Able to inspire, motivate, and guide a dedicated team

* Driven by high standards, continuous improvement, and child‑centred decision making

You will approach challenges with enthusiasm and determination, maintaining a strong focus on helping young people thrive and succeed.

Why Join Us?

* Be part of a service making a real impact in the lives of care‑experienced young people

* Work within a supportive, restorative leadership culture

* Opportunities for ongoing professional development and leadership progression

* Play a key role in shaping positive futures for young adults leaving care
