Relevant supervision qualification desirable (H15, J07, AF6)

We’re looking for an experienced Adviser Relations Manager to lead and inspire a team of Independent Financial Advisers nationwide. You’ll drive performance, ensure FCA compliance (including Consumer Duty), and deliver outstanding client outcomes while fostering growth and retention.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and develop advisers to maintain Competent Adviser Status.
• Oversee Training & Competence, including file checks, pre-approvals, and CPD.
• Manage business development plans to boost growth and client satisfaction.
• Recruit and onboard high-quality advisers aligned with company values.
• Promote innovation and collaboration across teams.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership in financial planning/adviser management.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance standards.
• Level 4 Diploma (minimum) with T&C and sales management experience.
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills.
