The Role:

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing your team, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You'll bring energy, leadership, and a deep understanding of retail operations to one of our most important locations.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and develop your team to achieve sales and service targets

Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience

Ensure operational excellence, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance

Analyse store performance and implement action plans to drive growth

Be a brand ambassador both in-store and in the wider community

Store Manager Experience:

Proven retail management experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands

Commercially driven with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics

Inspirational leadership style with a focus on coaching and development
