About the role

We are looking for a commercially aware Sales Administrator to support our Business Development function within a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

This role sits at the intersection of operations and sales, playing a key part in enabling pipeline progression, maintaining CRM accuracy, and supporting the conversion of opportunities into learner enrolments.

You will be working closely with the sales team, ensuring processes are executed efficiently, stakeholders are engaged, and data is managed effectively to support decision-making and performance.

Key responsibilities

* Managing learner enrolments and ensuring all documentation is processed accurately

* Maintaining and updating CRM systems including Dynamics and HubSpot

* Supporting pipeline activity by booking meetings and coordinating follow-ups

* Engaging with existing learners via phone and email to drive progression and retention

* Handling inbound and outbound communication in a professional and timely manner

* Producing and managing Excel-based tracking systems and reports

* Supporting the wider sales function with administrative and operational tasks

What we're looking for

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Confident using the phone as part of a professional environment

* High level of organisation and attention to detail

* Comfortable working with data and Excel spreadsheets

* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a commercial or customer-facing environment

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven team
