Your new companyHays is partnering with a local council who are seeking an HR Advisor/ HR Officer to join their busy team based in Norwich on a temporary contract. This is an exciting time to join the business which is about to start a transformation process. This is a true HR Generalist position and you will be required to help with a variety of tasks, including some employee relations cases.

Your new role

• Lead Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management
• Support organisational change projects, including restructures and and policy development
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding
• Provide HR data and insights

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years HR experience including employee relations experience
• Ideally, CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards this
• Hard-working and highly organised
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Located within commutable distance of Norwich
