Site Manager - Permanent - Leeds

PSR Solutions are currently working with a reputable client in the residential construction sector to recruit two experienced Site Managers to support their production team on a permanent basis in Leeds.

Role Overview

As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy residential construction site. Working alongside the Project Manager and wider site team, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of works to time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities
Manage daily operations, including subcontractors, labourers, and suppliers
Monitor work progress and ensure construction aligns with project plans and schedules
Conduct site inspections to enforce quality and health & safety compliance
Coordinate materials, plant, and logistics to meet daily site demands
Quickly identify and resolve issues to avoid project delays
Escalate major concerns while assisting in solution development
Help maintain high standards of site presentation and workforce discipline

Requirements

Prior experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role on a traditional build site
Strong background working with subcontractors and site team
Valid CSCS/ SMSTS / First Aid
Full UK driving license
