Location: Surrey (Office-Based with Site Visits)

A leading residential developer is seeking a Freelance Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple low-rise housing projects across Surrey, Kent and Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical professional to join a respected developer on a contract basis.

The Role

Office-based in Surrey, with regular site visits across the region

Overseeing technical coordination for low-rise housing schemes

Managing design information, addressing queries, and supporting project teams

Liaising with consultants, planners, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

Strong experience as a Technical Manager or Technical Coordinator within residential development

Background in low-rise / traditional build housing

Ability to manage multiple sites and work autonomously
