Contracts Manager - FM Service Provider - Central London - up to £60,000

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to work across a commercial static site in the City of London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial/residential maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Contracts Manager currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Contract Management looking after the full P&L and a medium sized team across a commercial portfolio. In return the company are offering a salary up to £65,000 with a Bonus and training & development.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Looking after the full financial and delivery responsibility of the Contract with a P&L & Extra works value of up to £2million.
Ensuring all records, data and systems are kept up to date and in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
Maximise opportunities for additional revenue and margin
Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance.
To identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risk associated with works.
Responsible for accurately reviewing the WIP, providing accurate MI analysis/commentary and sales forecasts
Review contracts annually and update with any service amendments and analyse margin to decide whether to uplift

Required Skills:

Experience with looking after a £1.5million - £2 million P&L
5 Years previous experience within a similar position
Experience with looking after Commercial & Critical sites
Technical Background
Previous experience with maintaining client relationships and bringing on new business
