Electrical Project Manager

Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a growing M&E contractor delivering projects across London.

This is a site and office-based role, overseeing electrical works within live environments including medical facilities, commercial offices, and banking premises. Project values typically range from £250k to £500k, with responsibility for managing up to two projects simultaneously.

You will report to a Senior Project Manager and oversee a Site Manager, taking full responsibility for project delivery from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end project delivery
Managing multiple live environment projects
Coordination of site teams and subcontractors
Programme management and reporting
Client liaison and progress meetings
Budget control and commercial awareness
Ensuring health & safety compliance
Quality control and project handover
Candidate Requirements

Electrician by trade (JIB Gold Card or Black Card)
SMSTS or SSSTS
Proven experience delivering projects within live environments (essential)
PRINCE2 (desirable)
Salary & Package

£65,000 basic salary
£5,000 travel allowance
23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (3 to be taken at Christmas)
