Team Research Administrator

Our client, a well-established, successful investment company based in the City currently has a new opening due to growth plans for a Team Research Administrator to give support to number of teams as well as providing support to the investment research journey across various platforms. This position will suit a really strong proactive administrator with excellent MS office skills along with Visio.

Your main duties and responsibilities will consist of:

  • Review and update of various systems, processes and documents on a regular basis.
  • Review brochure of new joiners/leavers and update accordingly.
  • Update inductions presentation from time to time.
  • Amend and update organisation charts on visio regularly.
  • Update team bios.
  • Assisting with managing external company meetings.
  • Building relationships with investor relations.
  • Handle changing requirements for external meetings.
  • Assist and support mentoring scheme.
  • Minute taking for various committee meetings, collating papers, circulating invites, preparing agenda and updating mailing lists.
  • Providing cover for other teams as and when required.
  • Getting involved in projects from time to time.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities and developing.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have excellent IT skills - MS Office including Visio.
  • Able to prioritise and manage own workload and responsibilities
  • Experience with systems and processes.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Able to work well under pressure and provide a high output of work.
  • Able to deal with last minute changes and work well in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent at building relationships.
  • Pro-active, able to use initiative and work on own as well as in a team.
