Location: Nottingham
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Rate: £27 Ltd / £21.71 PAYE (excluding holiday pay)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join an NHS team based in Nottingham.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time position within a community mental health team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
Administer medication and monitor treatment effectiveness
Provide crisis intervention and support during acute episodes
Liaise with families, carers, and external agencies to coordinate care
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS standards
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and service development initiativesRequirements:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
Previous experience working in a community mental health setting
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
