Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southeast
Responsible for prospecting, contracting and growing revenue with new accounts and retaining and growing sales of existing accounts.
The RVP will be accountable for developing sales within integrated healthcare delivery networks (IDN’s), hospital systems, academic medical centers, leading clinical laboratories, blood banks and other medical organizations that have physical transportation needs.
Reports To: Chief Development Officer .No direct reports
? Increase sales and facilitate integration of new accounts as contracts close
? Develop a solid understanding of the prospective organization and its services to help Company design transportation solutions to fit that organization’s needs.
? Comprehend and effectively communicate Company’s value proposition to key stakeholders and C suite executives
? Fully utilize Company’s CRM Salesforce
? Participate with other team members on “high-value” customer calls as required and provide support to customer service and operations in implementing service for new customers
? 10+ years healthcare sales experience with at least 5+ years in selling contract healthcare services or solutions to C-Suite
? Experience with long sales cycles
? Significant experience in large, complex sales involving multiple decision makers and/or stakeholders
? Relevant experience in service sales vs. product or clinical sales
? Significant experience in outsourced services sales including supply chain
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration or related healthcare field. MBA or advanced degree desired
Skill and Competency Requirements:
? Financially literate, have strong business acumen and apply that in developing and closing business
? Executive level communicator. Strong presentation, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
? Proven track record of building and maintaining productive high level IDN relationships and exceeding sales goals
? Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts including those with long sale cycles
