Castle View are looking for an experienced Engineering Site Manager to lead site operations and deliver high quality engineering projects safely, on time and within budget. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day to day site activities, managing teams, co ordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

* Maintain strict compliance with health & safety standards

* Manage project documentation, reports and progress updates

* Conduct site inspections and risk assessments

* Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently

Requirements

* Proven track record in a site management role within an engineering environment

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
