Our Admissions team deliver an outstanding customer-focused service to prospective and existing learners across our full-time 16-18 and Adult provision using face-to-face, Microsoft Teams, phone and CRM/dialler-based communications.

We are looking for a Team Leader to join this team. As the Team Leader, you will lead and co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of the team. You will organise the daily activity, monitor performance as well as supporting the admissions activities as required to maintain excellent service levels during busy times.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience, as well as the ability to lead, coach and support a team. You will need to be confident in using CRM or learner management systems and have excellent communication skills.

Whilst previous experience working in education and knowledge of FE learners and funding would be beneficial, it is not a requirement.
