I require candidates with experience of leading engineering teams within a large transformation programme.

You must show experience in your ability to drive the function forward at pace, facing up to and challenging the decisions made by individuals with different levels of capability and authority. You will support you challenges and decisions by clear analysis of the status quo and demonstrable benefits in the changes in direction and deliverables you propose.

You will be joining a sizeable team of engineers from third party suppliers and interims and as such you will need the capability to mould the team into a better unit to deliver the necessary required results along the milestones set.

You have the technical skills to assist the team in the use of tools and practices to better deliver the required solutions to some challenging deadlines.

The role is based in Gloucestershire and office attendance is required 2/3 days per week.
