Details for the Early Years Practitioner Role:

Pay: £13.69-£15.87 per hour (based on experience and qualification)

Location: Enfield (Edmonton, Southgate, and Winchmore Hill)

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Contract: Long-term with potential for permanent placement

Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:

Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS

Promote independence, creativity, and confidence in every child

Ensure the safety, welfare, and emotional well-being of all children

Collaborate with staff and parents to maintain a high standard of care

Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is required

Experience working in a nursery or early years classroom

Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding standards

A patient, nurturing, and energetic approach to working with children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
